| 1. The subscriber hereby warrants and represents that he
or she is over the age of 18, and in all respects is qualified
and competent to enter into this agreement. |
2. As a member you are responsible for paying periodic membership
fees in accordance with the current fee plans as of the date
of subscribing. the fee plan are
$9.95 for 7 days (Trail Membership)
$19.95 for 1 Month Membership
$50.00 for 3 Month Membership
Renewed for $19.95 at the end of the (Trial membership)
Upon expiration, membership is renewed automatically at the
rate of the subscription type (excluding 7-day trial) unless
we are notified at least 3days prior to the expiration date.
Membership fees are non-refundable
Membership can be cancelled at an time by sending an e-mail
to CCBill.com. Please include your MarilynAnnWaters.com user
name in the email message. |
| 3. User names and passwords must not be distributed to others.
This will result in immediate termination of service. MarilynAnnWaterscom
under law must hold the member liable for unauthorized breach
of membership. |
| 4. MarilynAnnWaters.com has the right to refuse membership
or cancel membership at any time for any reason. Membership
fees are non-refundable. |
| 5 . The material on the Service is for the private, non-commercial
enjoyment of Subscribers only. Any other use is prohibited.

| 6 .Subscribers agree not to submit, publish, or display
on the Service any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, threatening,
racially offensive, or illegal material. Transmission of such
material that violates any federal, state, or local law, is
prohibited and is a breach of this Agreement. |
| 7. By enrolling for membership to MarilynAnnWaters.com,
you become a Subscriber and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
This agreement is subject to change by MarilynAnnWaters.com
at any time. |
| 8. All refunds will be issued by CCBill.com, all refunds
will be credited to the credit card, debit card, or checking
account used in the original transaction solely. Refunds will
not be issued by cash, check, or to another credit card. |
